Level 1: The Synergy! DAYS # 6, 10, 20, 24 & 29

DAY # 6, 10, 20, 24 & 29 – You’re going to hate me before this day is over. Why? We’re going to attack that PC Muscle in a manner you will not like! We’ll also be Jelqing longer today than any day before. You’ll be a sore puppy when the day is done, but tomorrow will be a cake walk and a good day to recover with some pleasant exercises similar to DAY #3, 14, 17, & 28. OK, let’s begin today’s activity a bit differently…with Kegels. Please start the activities for today when you have the time to perform the workout from start to finish undisturbed.

The Kegels at the beginning of your Synergistic Routine must be done immediately prior to your warmup and subsequent Jelq activity. So, please do yourself a favor and perform today’s exercises from to start to finish without stopping. Remember: this is the key to Synergy!
• We begin with 200 strong Kegels as described in Kegels Level #1. While performing your Kegels I want you to simultaneously perform your Testicular Massage.
• Your WarmUp is to be done IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING your Kegels and Testicular Massage.
• Immediately following your complete WarmUp routine, move on to Jelq Technique #1. Jelq for 15 minutes then stop and attain a rock solid erection and do…
• 10 repetitions of the Isometric Exercise #1. Make certain to re-attain a solid erection before doing each successive repetition of flexing and holding for 10 seconds.
• Stop now and perform 100 strong Kegels as described in Kegels Level #1.
• Follow up with Jelq Technique #1 for another 10 minutes.
• Reattain a rock hard erection and do 5 repetitions of the Isometric Exercise #1
• Finish up with Jelq Technique #1 for another 5 minutes.
• After you finish this Jelq activity for today, be sure to follow our guidelines for a “cool down” period found in the WarmUp section of your manual followed by your
• Testicular Enhancement Stretches.
• Right after your cool down find a comfortable place and relax with some Visualization while performing another 300 strong Kegels as described in Kegels Level #1.
Your PC Muscle should be on fire after this workout routine. If it’s not, that’s GOOD! You have a better developed PC Muscle than most men and you probably already have the ability to ejaculate like a top paid porn star. Keep up the good work!
