Our program is effective for even experienced enlargement practitioners, and is in fact geared for those who have exercised their penises for some time. What this means is that the full program should not be attempted by beginners. It would be sheer folly to try to throw 315 pounds on a bench press your first time in the gym, and in the same mindset, a mistake to try to work your penis and its assorted muscles and tissues for anything more than 15 minutes a day to start.
Some users report that they can go a full half an hour when they begin, while others claim that the exercises left them sore for several days at first. Your initial response to the program will depend on the current health of your reproductive system, your age, the force with which you perform the exercises, and a host of genetic factors.
Please, for your own sake, start out slowly. We understand that you may want to rush in and try to “complete” a minimum three month program in three weeks, but this is not the way to go!

For the first two weeks, apply a hot compress for 10 minutes as warm-up, and then perform the actual enlargement exercises for no more than 15 minutes every other day. The PC exercises may be performed daily as long as muscle soreness is not present.
Whenever you are doing any “pulling” exercises, use lubrication. Try Vaseline and baby oil, and you may want to venture into KY Jelly and similar products. If your hands are too moist or have been previously “lubed,” use a dry towel to wipe them off and apply baby powder as necessary. As a word of caution, don’t mix the baby powder and the lube – you’d be surprised what some people do.
Typical gains are about 1.5″ in flaccid length, 1″ in erect length, and .75″ in circumference after 3-6 solid months on our program. Some men report gains of up to two inches.
